To build the capacity of the state officials and climate change center on climate data modelling, it was held 03-days hands-on training on Historical and Projection data analysis and 01-day capacity building meeting with support of Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. It is envisaged the training under the project, "Strengthening State Strategies for Climate Actions" with the support of UNDP and SDC.

The training covered the following topics:

• Analysing the Historical Rainfall and Temperature data at District and Rain Gauge station level: Weekly, Monthly and seasonal.

• Climate change projections using CORDEX models at district or climate grid level.

• Preparing climate data for presentation.
